The How-To to Making Wine

First: Choose your wine. There are many types of wines to choose from.
Merlot
Chianti
Pinot Grigio
Brunello
Sauvignon
Malbec
Pinot Noir
Primitivo
Syrah
Zinfandel
Chardonnay
Chenin Blanc
Gewurztrammer
Ruisseau Blanc
etc.

If you enjoy a wine with a Worldly flavor we carry:

For those who like Fruit wines we have many combinations to please your tastes

Next you add the Yeast
In 4, 6 or 8 weeks you come back in to the shop to:
Taste, Bottle, Cork, Label and Shrink your wine.
The whole procedure takes about an hour and it's a relaxing, fun experience.
If your wine needs adjustment you can do it on the spot.
